S.T.E.A.M. Powered Activities

  • Lewis and Clark Library 120 South Last Chance Gulch Street Helena, MT, 59601 United States (map)

Build the tracks to creativity and exploration with S.T.E.A.M. Powered activities!

Drop in for our monthly S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) Powered activities, specially designed for elementary-aged children. Each month, we will provide materials and themed suggestions that encourage kids to explore, create, observe, innovate, and discover. In April, we'll experiment with paper airplane designs and learn about aerodynamics.

S.T.E.A.M. Powered will feature hands-on projects that inspire creativity and learning across various disciplines. Children will have the opportunity to engage in exciting experiments, tackle creative challenges, and participate in collaborative projects that promote critical thinking and teamwork.

Activities will be available Wednesdays through Fridays from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Dates will vary based on community events, so please check the Library calendar for the most up-to-date information.
